Even though the ring I kept has had no issues so far, I absolutely regret ever using this company. That is still $46.50 missing from the original cost. They offered me a refund of $68.75 but state they will give me an additional$13.75 if I accepted a store credit instead. Which, even with the additional funds, does not equal what I paid. I have now stated, in writing SEVEN times that I am NOT interested in any kind of credit and the "team" emails me again today offering additional funds if I take a credit. Their customer service has been awful - they continuously try to get me to to just accept a "store credit" rather than receceive the refund amount I am due. The return process has been frustrating at best. I wrongly asssumed it would be easier that way rather than exchanging and waiting. In an effort to save time, I decided to order 2 of the same ring - in 2 sizes thinking I would keep the one that fit and return the other since they advertise a 30 day refund. I would steer clear of this company if you want to get any kind of services after your ring is in hand. I have no clue how I was able to find it, yet an employee wasn't. I looked moments after our conversation stating that she couldn't find my ring and within minutes, I found the ring on their site for a $10 higher price tag. The customer service gal couldn't even find my ring style, and kept insisting I bought a different ring from them altogether, despite having my purchase history and order number, and phots of ring in my possession. At this point it was well over a year since our purchase, and I understood that my free resize was not possible, and I was completely satisfied with that what made me completely unhappy was the fact that they refused any kind of services to my ring even if I offered to pay! Not a damn thing was offered. But - I got pregnant shortly after getting married, and the ring didn't fit me any more, so I took it off and contacted Jeulia Customer service about a ring resize. ![]()
